At Flour and Fir, we believe many of life’s sweetest memories begin at home—around the table, in the kitchen, and beside those we love. From birthdays and weddings to quiet moments and Sunday brunches, home is often where milestones are first celebrated. As a home bakery, we’re honored to carry on a tradition that has spanned generations—nourishing both body and soul with fresh, lovingly prepared treats.

Rooted in a love for God and our community, everything we bake is done with care, prayer, and purpose. With the help of our cherished customers, we’re also able to donate food locally—sharing the blessing even further. Our menu is steadily growing and will soon include pre-fab (pre-designed) wedding and birthday cakes, though please note that we cannot offer customizations due to New York State’s cottage food laws.

We know, as Ecclesiastes 1:9–10 says, “There is no new thing under the sun,” and we take comfort in that. Baking at home, sharing with others, and celebrating with food is a rhythm that’s been woven into human history—and we’re grateful to continue that story in our own small way.

As Psalm 41:1 (KJV) says, “Blessed is he that considereth the poor: the Lord will deliver him in time of trouble.”
